30-day return window
If you change your mind, you may return any unassembled hoop in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return freight. We refund the product cost (less original shipping) within 10 business days of receipt.
Damaged on arrival
If your hoop arrives damaged from freight, document it on the BOL at delivery and call us within 24 hours. We replace damaged parts at no cost.
Defective product
Defects caught at unboxing or first assembly are covered under our lifetime limited warranty — see warranty page. Just call us; we'll make it right.
